Bionalan Biola crop roller

Information

The Biola crop roller is equipped with 2 rolls. The front (chop) roll has a diameter of 560 mm. and is equipped with a large number of sharp knives. This roll works above the ground, and is driven by a chain drive from the rear roll. The rear roll has a diameter of 460 mm. and rolls over the soil and crop.

The front roll has a gear with 12 teeth. The rear roll has a gear with 42 teeth. The gives a speed on the front roll of 3:1. If needed there are other gears available, to change the speed of the front roll.

The Biola machines weigh approximately 300 kg. per meter working width.
