CombCut

This revolutionary machine from Sweden was invented by organic arable farmer Jonas Carlsson to cut thistles from grains. The machine is now used in many other crops.

The thinner plants such as grasses and grains in leaf stage can bend when combed. This allows them to escape the sharp knives. All plants with a thicker structure, bud, flower or protrusion cannot bend or not bend far enough and are cut off by the blades.

The permeability and aggressiveness of the knives can be adjusted by adjusting the intermediate opening and the angle of the knives.
